If you’ve received a gift voucher or coupon for Magic Escape Island, you’re in the right place — congratulations, you’ve already completed your first challenge! 😉

If, due to a price update, your voucher no longer fully covers the game, just contact us via email with your coupon code. For urgent cases, feel free to reach out via Messenger or phone — we’ll activate your adventure manually. 🙂

Just follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Select the gifted game(s) on the next page (link provided). They will be added to your cart.
2. Enter your coupon code (without accents) into the “Coupon Code” field, then click “Apply Coupon”. The total amount will change to zero. Then, choose your preferred date and time.
3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”, then fill in your details.
4. Finally, click “Place Order” to confirm your booking!

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after (please make sure to check your spam/junk folder as well).

Your program will be valid for the selected date after redemption, and the voucher itself is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
